The La Jolla Art and Wine Festival is an annual event designed to raise funds for La Jolla public schools while bringing art into the community. September 2024 was the second time Kirk has appeared at the festival. Each time, Kirk has brought pieces full of joy and warmth to the community, meeting each individual who feels drawn to her work.
Generational (2024) was a creative collaboration between Mimi Kirk and her granddaughter, Hannah Kirk, the founder of Kirk’s. The two worked together to create an exhibit honoring the family through joyful, intentional artwork. Kirk’s is located in Santa Clarita, CA offering pieces for your home that bring in love, warmth, and art.
Anything Is Possible was held in April 2023 in San Diego, CA, to celebrate Mimi Kirk’s artwork. Held at Case de Flor, Kirk showcased her collection and met with members of the community to discuss her inspiration and process.
In Summer of 2022, Kirk hosted a Pop Up Gallery at Cie Gallery in Malibu. The event was designed to bring the community together in a space centered on intentionality and beauty.
